Prior to joining TIFIN, Ben was the CEO and Co-Founder at myFinancialAnswers, a FinTech company that aimed to democratize financial planning.  TIFIN acquired myFinancialAnswers’ intellectual property in 2021 and joined to help start PlanIQ as employee #1.

Ben started his entrepreneurial career in 2012 as a Partner at Cypress Financial Planning, an independent financial planning, and investment advisory firm. He continues to support the growth of the firm where the team now manages over $225 million for about 200 individuals and families.

Ben began his career in wealth management at Goldman Sachs in 2008.  Before joining Goldman, he served in various roles at Fortune 500 companies Caesars Entertainment and Eli Lilly Company.

Ben is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where he was a 4-time Sprint Football letter award winner and was voted Team Captain by his teammates.  He earned an MBA at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
