She has lived and worked in Canada, Korea, Colombia, and the United States and has experience overseeing global business startup and expansion strategies across three continents with diverse business and regulatory environments.. She has held previous positions at GraniteShares ETFs, Horizons ETFs, MSCI Inc. and has consulted for other ETF providers and a technology startup.

Kristen holds a BA in Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.
