Andrew joins TIFIN as EVP, Finance after almost 15 years working for emerging, fast-growing companies as a founder and CFO. During that time, Andrew helped successfully scale and sell 4 companies with a combined value of over $400M in media (Stitcher to EW Scripps), advertising (Prediculous to Sporting News), and enterprise software (Halp to Atlassian and TaskRay to Sharp End Partners).

Prior to his experiences working with emerging, fast-growing companies, Andrew worked for SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPXC) across a variety of roles including M&A, financial reporting, auditing, and corporate accounting.

A Certified Public Accountant by background, Andrew attended the Davidson College graduating with a BA in Economics and a Masters degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.

As EVP of Finance at TIFIN, Andrew will leverage his experiences to oversee Finance and Accounting functions at the TIFIN level, acting as a shared resource across all of our divisions.
