Nicholas's career spans from driving modern technological advancements in traditional financial services to spearheading initiatives in the real estate sector. As Co-Founder and CEO of Arbor, a leading Fintech startup in the EU, he played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive financial wellness platform featuring a blend of saving, investment, and debt management tools, monetized through innovative subscription and lending models.

Before Arbor, he directed a Real Estate fund in Miami, Florida, managing asset investment and strategic acquisitions while innovating with Proptech solutions that enhanced our operational efficiency and investment returns. He led automating the acquisition of over 4,000 residential units, delivering superior returns to investors.

Beyond his executive roles, Nicholas serves on the boards of various startups in B2C and B2B as well as real estate companies, leveraging his expertise to guide strategic decisions and foster growth. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he is deeply engaged in mentoring and advising startups within the Google ecosystem in Spain, drawing from his own experiences in Google's accelerator program.
