Swapnil Bhaksar leads TIFIN’s India operations as Chief Global Officer and serves as GM of WorkFi, where he is building the next generation of workplace financial wellness solutions. At TIFIN, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s global footprint, overseeing strategic execution, regulatory alignment, and team growth across India.

With over 17 years of experience in financial services, Swapnil combines policy expertise with business acumen to drive innovation at scale. At TIFIN, he has been instrumental in strengthening partnerships, navigating regulatory environments, and embedding operational rigor across the organization’s India presence.

Prior to TIFIN, Swapnil founded Goalwise, a goal-based investing platform that scaled to ₹300 crores in AUA and 75,000 customers. He led the company through a successful acquisition, delivering 10x returns for stakeholders while maintaining strict compliance with SEBI and IRDAI guidelines.

A recognized authority on regulatory affairs, Swapnil has served as Principal Officer with both SEBI and IRDAI and maintains strong relationships with regulatory bodies including SEBI, IRDAI, and AMFI. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is committed to building high-integrity, growth-oriented organizations.
