Since joining TIFIN, Tanya has held key roles across the organization, including Vice President of Customer Success at Magnifi and COO of TIFIN AMP, helping scale products from early-stage innovation to enterprise adoption.

Before TIFIN, Tanya built her career at PayPal—joining pre-IPO as part of their Business Insights and Forecasting team—and later held multiple leadership roles at eBay, including Chief of Staff to the Global CMO. Her background blends tech, marketing, and operations with a focus on performance, clarity, and execution.
