Anna is the Head of Talent at TIFIN, focused on building a world-class team and culture of impact through innovation at speed. She has spent nearly a decade in recruiting, in both agency and high-growth startup environments. Initially specializing in creative recruiting for the design and ad agency space, she then pivoted into tech when she joined Vettery, a recruiting-tech startup she helped scale from series A through acquisition.

Anna joined TIFIN in early 2021 as the team’s first internal recruiter and now leads the People function encompassing recruiting, people operations, coaching, community and culture development.

Anna received a BA in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University. Having grown up across Germany, England, Hong Kong, Australia, and the United States, she spent nearly a decade in New York before moving to Boulder.
