
Blake Rohde is the Chief Operating Officer of TIFIN Give, a tech-first philanthropy platform for wealth enterprises under TIFIN, a leading AI and innovation platform for wealth.
Prior to becoming COO, Blake served as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Experience Officer at TIFIN Give, where he led the firm's growth efforts and drove more than $1 billion in donor-advised fund flows to the platform over two and a half years. Before joining TIFIN Give, he held several leadership roles at TIFIN Wealth, leading strategic initiatives across operations, business transformation, and client success.
Earlier in his career, Blake spent several years at Siebert Williams Shank, one of the nation's top-ranked public infrastructure investment banks, working across both the sales and trading desk and the firm's public finance investment banking arm. As Head of Marketing and Research for Public Finance, he co-led the firm's public finance research group, producing research that supported both institutional clients and the firm's municipal underwriting business. He began his career in financial services as a Financial Advisor.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management Studies and Business from Gettysburg College and maintains his FINRA Series 7 license.
Outside of work, Blake's time is spent first and foremost with his wife, Stephanie, and their daughter, Harper. He's also an avid fisherman and golfer, and he remains actively involved with two organizations he has supported since he was young: Mary Help of Christians and Field of Dreams, which creates opportunities for children with special needs to come together and enjoy the game of baseball.
