Kaitlin is the Vice President of Finance at TIFIN, where she leads financial strategy and forecasting across the company’s portfolio of businesses. She focuses on driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing profitability, and enabling scalable growth.

Kaitlin brings over a decade of finance experience in high-growth startup environments spanning SaaS, consumer goods, and retail. She has built and scaled finance functions from the ground up, supported companies through critical growth phases, and partnered with leadership teams on strategic initiatives. Her expertise includes financial planning and analysis, cost optimization, board communications, and investor relations.

Kaitlin earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a certificate in International Business.
