Kumar Ravi is Senior Vice President of Engineering at TIFIN, where he leads technology across Magnifi, Sage, and Workifi (India). He oversees platform architecture, applied AI systems, and end-to-end engineering execution across TIFIN’s AI-powered fintech products.

An ex-entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in product and technology leadership, Kumar has built and scaled platforms across fintech, edtech, and consumer SaaS. His career spans early engineering experience at Google, followed by founding and leading multiple technology ventures where he built products and teams from the ground up. This combination gives him a strong perspective on both enterprise-scale systems and startup execution.

Kumar has deep expertise in AI engineering, system architecture, and product-led platform development, with prior hands-on work in applied machine learning, computer vision, and data-driven systems. He is particularly passionate about building high-performing engineering organizations, simplifying complex problems, and using AI to make financial intelligence more accessible and actionable.
