Hiring with a purpose

We use our 1-2 week hiring process to assess if you have the bias towards action necessary to thrive.

Stage 1: Cultural Interview

We’re looking for culture multipliers. Start by understanding our mission, values, and operating system. If you walk away energized and envisioning your own growth, it may be a good match!

Stage 2: Technical Interview

Dive deeper to assess if you have the skills to deliver results and the curiosity to learn and innovate alongside our team. Note that some technical roles include case studies.

Stage 3: Executive Interview

Hear our vision for the business. Does it resonate for you personally and spark inspiration? It’s a good sign if your wheels are already turning with ideas for how you could make an impact. 

Stage 4: Offer

Our environment requires the ability to decide rather than deliberate. We move fast and look for others to do the same, so we ask for a decision within 48 hours.
