How We Hire
Speed is a cornerstone of TIFIN culture — our hiring process intentionally moves faster than is comfortable to test the ability to trust instincts when making decisions. Our typical interview process lasts 1-2 weeks and includes 4 stages:

Cultural Interview
Introductory conversation with a recruiter to explore if we’re a good fit for each other. The discussion will be primarily focused on cultural alignment.

Technical Interview
Technical assessment by the hiring manager. This will be behavioral and focused on what you’ve done before; some technical roles include case studies.

Executive Interview
Conversation with the team’s executive leader to share the vision for the company, team, and role and determine if you have the right experience and mindset for the position.

Offer
We move fast and look for others to do the same, so we ask for a decision within 48 hours. A bias towards action and the ability to decide vs deliberate is critical to success here.
A note on location. While we have team centers in New York City, Charlotte, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, TIFIN is headquartered in Boulder, CO and our preference is to build the team here whenever possible, so relocation packages are available for any candidate willing to relocate to the Boulder area.
